We just wrapped up a lengthy transaction with Gayleen and she was great through every step. Fantastic communicator and super patient. An all around great real estate professional. I would suggest anyone looking for an agent give her a call.

This woman was fantastic. We’ve purchased 5 houses during our married life and this makes the 6th. Never have we had a realtor who was as helpful, responsive and listened to us as well as Ms. Eberhart! She was so knowlegable about everything from city ordinances, construction details, maintenance and closing processes. On top of all that she was extremely reliable and a delight to do business with. Would recommend her to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience working with Gayleen! We didn’t know any realtors in the area and couldn’t have lucked out any better to have had her as our representative. She paid attention to detail and did a great job coordinating everything. She was warm, friendly and by the time we were through she seemed like family. We would highly recommend her to anyone!
